Closing Day was a bit surreal for my buyer. After 15 months of searching, 60+ homes visited and 10 offers submitted, she finally found the home that is truly perfect for her! Welcome to Cranford ! For the past 4 months, I’ve been heavily involved in the SPF Scholarship Foundation Screening process. We had 184 applicants and awarded 148 scholarships for a total of $256,400. The dedication to reading every single essay, decision making and spreadsheet creating was time consuming but SO purposeful. It all culminated Thursday night when our high school seniors received awards to further their education. These kids are going to do amazing things! Our future is bright! Congrats!

This is my childhood home in Wilmington, DE. My brothers and I had the difficult task of cleaning and preparing it for sale once my parents went to assisted living. Because I am not licensed in DE and know how important it is to hire local experts, we had a great team of agents help us the entire way.
I know the process of selling a home very well but being on the emotional side of it gave me a lot of perspective.
