We put up leasing signs in the windows at the CE Welch building in Westfield just this week! Many thanks to Governor Hochul and the Village of Westfield—we're so excited to see this incredible building come back to life.

Governor Hochul announced awards for a total of 21 transformational projects for Western New York as part of two economic development programs: the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) and NY Forward.

The F&M Building has been a fixture of downtown Lockport for over a century. We're proud to be the ones bringing it back.

Lockport's long-abandoned Farmers & Mechanics Bank Building is set for a major redevelopment that would bring luxury apartments and commercial tenants to one of downtown's most prominent structures.

We have more to share on the F&M Building in Lockport from Jonathan D. Epstein at The Buffalo News.

Savarino Companies closed on the six-story Beaux-Arts landmark built in 1905 as the Farmers & Mechanics Savings Bank last week. Vacant for nearly 40 years, it is the tallest building in the city.

The renovation will bring 16 market-rate apartments to the upper floors, restore the original bank floor and ornamental plaster at street level, and create space for a bar, restaurant, or café below.

Construction begins this year, with completion expected in late 2027.

Developer Samuel Savarino completed his purchase of the six-story Farmers & Mechanics Savings Bank building in Lockport, with plans to turn it into 16 luxury apartments on the upper floors and "high-end" commercial and retail space on the two lower levels.

Savarino Companies has purchased the F&M Building at 116 Main Street in Lockport. It's been vacant for nearly 40 years.

Our plan? A renovation with 16 market-rate apartments and ground-floor commercial space, all while preserving what makes this iconic building worth saving.

Happy Monday, Niagara Falls!

Work continues at the former (and soon-to-be again) Hotel Niagara. Abatement, plumbing repair, roof replacement, and restoration of the historic plaster are underway. It is not hard to imagine what this structure will look like once completely restored and operational.
