✨UNDER CONTRACT in Scotch Plains!! 🏡✨

This is such a special milestone for me. My first buyer transaction officially under contract as an agent (coincidentally in my hometown!) I’m incredibly honored that my clients trusted me to stand beside them through this process, and I’m so grateful to the sellers for choosing their offer and working with us during such an important time for everyone.

We still have important steps ahead, and I know real estate doesn’t always move in a perfectly straight line but we’re ready to handle every bump and hurdle together!

Life lately has been pretty amazing 🥹✨

Within my first month with Coldwell Banker Realty – NJ Property Experts, I had my first offer accepted 🏡, and I recently closed another rental transaction! I’m SO excited for my clients as they begin this next chapter in their new home!!! 🔑🏠✨

Every transaction has taught me something new and helped me grow more confident in the real estate process. From preparing offers and working through lease applications to coordinating all the little details, I’m grateful for every opportunity to learn and help my clients feel supported along the way. I’m currently working on another lease application and getting ready to submit another offer for a client!🤞🏼✨

I’m feeling incredibly grateful. For my clients who trust me, for every lesson and experience that continues to shape my career, and especially for the friends, colleagues, and mentors who have answered my million questions, shared their knowledge, guided me, encouraged me, and cheered me on! 😂💛

There’s still SO much I want to learn and accomplish, but I’m enjoying the process and taking it one step at a time. I feel truly blessed to be where I am and so excited for what’s ahead.

Okaaaaayyy but this room has SO much personality 😍🏡 There’s just something about that old-school fireplace, the plaid carpet, and those dark wood details that gives me the coziest, nostalgic vibe!!!

As a Realtor, I love walking into a home and seeing features that tell a story. ✨ Not every room needs to be completely updated to have value! Sometimes the original character is exactly what makes a home memorable. With the right vision, a space like this could be transformed while still keeping all that vintage charm. 🔥

Am I the only one who would want to keep the fireplace?! 👀 Because I absolutely would 😂

✨ FIRST ACCEPTED OFFER ✨

What an exciting and monumental day, not only for me, but most importantly for my amazing clients as they take this next step toward a new chapter! 🥹💛

There are still important steps ahead. Attorney review, inspections, and everything that comes along with getting to the closing table but having an offer accepted is such an exciting milestone, and I couldn’t be happier for them! 🏡✨

I’m so grateful to be trusted to guide my clients through such a huge moment in their lives. This is exactly why I love what I do. Helping people navigate the process, advocating for them along the way, and hopefully getting to watch them open the door to their new home at the end of it all. 🔑

And somehow, this day became even more special!🌈

Shortly after getting the call that our offer was accepted, I saw the most beautiful rainbow while watching my son run around the splash park. Part of me immediately felt like it was my dad, Tom. Reminding me that he’s still with me, watching over me, and maybe even letting me know he’s proud. 💛

A big day for my clients. A big day for me. And one I’ll definitely never forget.

Let the Halloween fun begin!!! 🎃✨👻🕯️💀

The Union County Board of County Commissioners invites residents and families to enjoy a favorite fall tradition with the return of Hayrides & Campfires this October at Warinanco Park and the Trailside Nature & Science Center.

The annual program offers families an opportunity to enjoy a crisp fall evening outdoors with a hayride, campfire, entertainment, hot chocolate and marshmallows.

“Fall is one of the best times to enjoy Union County’s parks, and our Hayrides & Campfires give families a chance to spend an evening together outdoors and enjoy a tradition that has become a favorite for so many residents,” said Union County Commissioner Chairman Joseph C. Bodek. “We encourage families and friends to make plans early, reserve their tickets and come enjoy a great night in our parks.”

Trailside Nature & Science Center

3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Tickets are $6 for Union County residents and $12 for non-residents and go on sale Tuesday, September 1 at 9:00 a.m. All tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be sold at the event. Group sales are limited to 15 people, and no refunds or exchanges will be offered. Tickets may be purchased online at www.ucnj.org/ticket or in person at:

Each ticket includes one hayride, entertainment, hot chocolate and marshmallows. Guests are encouraged to bring a blanket or chair to enjoy the campfire.

Upon arrival, participants should report directly to the check-in table, where their ticket will be exchanged for a numbered hayride pass. Hayrides depart approximately every 20 minutes, with passes assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Friday participants must check in before 8:00 p.m., and Sunday participants must check in before 5:00 p.m. Participants who arrive after those times are not guaranteed a hayride.

In the event of rain, ticket holders will be rescheduled to another available hayride date or an alternate date, as space permits. For Friday rain information, call the Union County Department of Parks and Recreation at 908-558-4079 after 3:00 p.m. For Sunday rain information, call Trailside Nature & Science Center at 908-789-3670 after 1:00 p.m.
