☕🎉 We made our very first trip to 7 Brew in Clark today for their soft opening! 🎉☕

My son and I have literally been watching this place come to life from the very beginning — from the demolition phase all the way through construction. 🚧 👷🏻‍♂️Every time we’d drive by, he’d ask, “Is it open yet?” 😂

Today, the moment he spotted people outside, he excitedly announced that we HAD to stop. And honestly, I couldn’t say no… especially since I promised him we’d be there as soon as they opened! 😅❤️

The experience did not disappoint! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, energetic, and welcoming from the moment we pulled up. 🌟

For the soft opening, they’re offering five featured drinks. I went with a sugar-free coffee ☕ and Joey chose the Fruit Roll-Up Lemonade 🍋🌈. Both were absolutely delicious and so refreshing on this beautiful day! ☀️

Wishing the 7 Brew team lots of success as they officially open their doors to the community! 🎊

🏡🌻 Open House Recap: Success, Sunflowers & a Starbucks Casualty ☕️💀

Yesterday’s open house was a whirlwind of activity and absolutely worth every minute!

The day started long before the first guest arrived with staging, cleaning, organizing marketing materials, setting up refreshments, arranging sunflowers, making sure every detail was just right, and of course… a last-minute Target run for those “one or two things” that somehow turned into a cart full of open house essentials. 😅

Naturally, no busy realtor day is complete without coffee … which unfortunately did not survive the journey and ended up decorating the parking lot instead of fueling me. 🤦🏻‍♀️☕️💔

Despite the caffeine tragedy, the open house was a huge success! 🎉 We welcomed a steady stream of visitors, had some fantastic conversations with buyers, and showcased an incredible home featuring a theater room, custom bar, paid solar panels, and plenty of space for entertaining.

One of the things I love most about real estate is that people only see the few hours of the open house itself, but behind the scenes there are countless hours of preparation, marketing, networking, follow-up, and making sure every home shines its brightest. And honestly? Seeing buyers walk through the door and fall in love with a home makes it all worth it. ❤️🏡

✨ Weekend/Week Recap: Realtor Mom Edition! ✨

From a tropical luau birthday party complete with a beautiful koi pond and delicious BBQ 🌺🍍, to nature walks, farm days with “Lambie the Lamb” 🐑 (unofficially named, of course 😂), homemade nature terrariums 🌿, jiu-jitsu practice 🥋, and wrapping it all up with a relaxing afternoon by the pool - before the rain 😅💧☀️ - there truly is never a dull moment!

One of my favorite moments had to be seeing my son’s incredible fairy garden come to life! 🧚‍♂️🍄🌿 Complete with tiny bridges, whimsical mushrooms, and all the magical touches a fairy could ask for, it turned out absolutely amazing. Watching kids use their creativity and imagination never gets old. ❤️

And somewhere in between all the family adventures, I was scheduling showings, preparing for open houses, writing contracts, coordinating appointments, and helping clients take the next step toward their real estate goals 🏡✨

This is one of the reasons I love what I do. Real estate isn’t just about houses—it’s about helping families build a life they love while staying connected to the community we call home.
