3. Make a Strong Offer: In a seller’s market, multiple offers are common. To stand out, make a strong offer that is competitive yet reasonable based on market conditions. Work closely with your real estate agent to determine the best offer price and terms. Including a personalized letter to the seller can also help your offer stand out among the competition.
