I am so excited for my buyers. We looked at several houses, and we couldn't find anything that they really wanted to put their roots down at. We found one that we thought could work, but found out there was issues with it. We put in an offer for this place and the offer was accepted and is now SOLD! We had a lot of fun looking at the different kinds of homes to really dial in what they wanted in the long run. When it came to the closing day it when super smooth and extremely fast!

85 Forest St in Dunstable, MA is now officially sold! A great way to end the month with the closing done today. The sellers were ecstatic with how the process went. As well as how smooth and quickly everything closed. I am extremely grateful that they trusted me with the selling of this property and we had a clean deal! I am excited that they are able to move onto the next chapter and cannot wait to hear what they are up to in the future!

This past week we had our monthly office team meeting. While in the team meeting, I ended up getting recognized by the office for all the hardwork I have done. Even though I am a rookie in this industry. I have achieved a lot in such a short time. I have two deals closing at the end of November back to back. With more possibly coming soon! I am putting myself out there and getting out of my comfort zone and expanding my mind, knowledge, and image.

I am extremely grateful to be working with such a fantastic group of professionals. In this past year I have seen a lot of growth in myself not just mentally or physically, but in who I am and meant to be. I cannot see what is to come next!

If you do not try, you will never know if you can succeed or not!

I am extremely happy for my clients! We put in an offer and negotiated on the price a bit and our offer was accepted. Even though our search for a home was short. We had a lot of fun viewing different homes around the area. Even though, we looked at several houses and found this gem! They are extremely excited to move into this beautiful quiet town. Their new journey is just about to start and I couldn't be any happier to help them along with this process!
