Helped a client purchase this beautiful home this weekend ✍️

My guess, the house is probably close to 100k under market value and that's being generous. 😱 The deals are still out there!

My clients didn't have the the highest offer but they were the best fit.

Buying a home can be challenging, the market is still ultra competitive for the right house.

There are many ways to separate your offer but having the right person on your team, telling your story, can be the difference between getting a home or not.

Doing an open house and speaking with a young couple about buying a home.

They are just starting out.

Pushing off a big fancy wedding to save for buying a home.

This is genius and such a strong way to start their long term marriage so I applaud them.

In talking I realize they are stuck in an all too common home buying stage, finding out where they stand.

For some, it may be fear of rejection and for others just a lack of knowledge.

I tell them, it's a lot harder to get to your destination if you don't know where you stand now.

How can you know what daily activities will get you to your goal if you don't know the gap?

PSA! Be careful with FB marketplace when looking for rentals.

Don't send ANY personal information until you've had a chance to meet with the Renter (landlord, realtor or property manager).

Right now I have a rental being used as a scam on FB marketplace and they are asking people to fill out an application with all their info.

If it's not on a trusted site like Zillow that requires identify verification you need to check multiple sources to make sure the seller is who they say they are.
