Home affordability is rough right now. are at a 23-year high, flirting with 8%. 📈

The is in full force. 82.4% of current homeowners have an interest rate below 5%. 23.5% below 3% interest. will not give up that deal unless they have to! 🔐

Baby boomers are living longer thanks to improvements of modern medicine, and they maintain the nations highest homeownership rate of 78%, while millennials make up a majority of the population. 🧓🏻🏚️

The silver lining is that if you want to buy a home someday, you have options. You need to be creative and you need to make lemonade with the lemons you have. PLEASE reach out if you need help.
