🎊 CONGRATULATIONS 🎊 I first met my client last July. He was still saving up to buy his first CA home. We built a client relationship while I walked him through the steps he would need to take to reach his goal of home ownership. In late October we began looking at homes. Just after Christmas he began putting in offers… it was hard because he only had 5% to put down and we were being outbid AND people were putting 50-100% cash to win the bidding wars. The prices in the market even escalated to where we had to look out of his preferred cities. He stayed focused, and I used my knowledge of how we could structure the offer to win!! Finally on May 14 we got into escrow on his dream home. This home had several offers but the listing agent only countered us. What does an agent do on a beautiful Sunday afternoon? Paperwork, documents, & phone calls. We work tirelessly behind the scenes everyday to make sure your transaction runs smoothly and that you are legally protected.
