In a market where homes are continuing to sell for over-asking, I was able to get my clients into this home for $11K UNDER-asking. Plus an additional $7K in credits back to my buyers. 🤯

Buyers: Yes we are in a Sellers market, but don’t assume you can’t still get a good deal on a home. It’s all about working with an agent who will strategize and go to bat for you! 👊🏼
