I'm heading into a meeting to discuss the proposed NAR (National Association of Realtors) changes. Got questions?

For those who aren't aware, on the news recently has been much discussion about lawsuits against some major brokerages and NAR. The proposed changes are a result of the lawsuit. The court will need to approve the proposed changes if they are accepted. If accepted there will be new rules beginning in July of this year. Work for the agents, not so much work for the clients.
