Brown Nester Hospitality Services – “The Most Trusted Name in Hotel Brokerage” – represented both the seller and the buyer of 3.75 acres of prime commercial real estate in Santa Clarita, California. The seller, State Bank of Texas, finalized the purchase to the buyer, a San Diego-based hotel developer and closely held family affiliates of Oliver Hotel Group, LLC, on June 30.
