Running a bit late on this post, but I’m thrilled to have helped my first-time homebuyer secure this Hollywood condo! The transaction wasn’t easy, but with perseverance and creative negotiations, we made it happen. One important caveat: if you currently own a condo or townhome and pay an HOA, it’s crucial to stay involved with your board and the decisions they’re making.
