Another fantastic Conejo Oaks home we sold two years ago for $2,000,000 in Thousand Oaks.

One of my best sales last year in Westlake Village. This waterfront home sold for $2,700,000 in just 2 days and nearly $200,000 over asking price.

Properties on the water in Westlake rarely come available, especially with views and a location like this. Strong demand, the right positioning, and aggressive marketing brought multiple buyers to the table almost immediately.

One of my favorite homes I sold in Agoura Hills for $3,400,000. Tucked away in the prestigious Medea Valley Estates, this property offered an incredibly private setting, beautiful grounds, and the kind of atmosphere that made it feel like a true retreat.
