After a years-long search, a change in strategy, and a lot of patience, my wonderful clients just closed on their dream home, and I couldn’t be happier for them!

Earlier this year, they came to me through a referral from their friend Stephanie (thank you so much 💛). They had been searching for quite some time, hoping to find the one, a place that felt right for their family.

From the moment we met, Akshatha and Amit were clear about what they were looking for. Even though the market didn’t offer much at first, we stayed patient and intentional… and then we found it: a beautiful, brand new home in Ondulando that truly checked every box. ✔️
