Tips for 1st time buyers:

▪️Do you know your credit score?
▪️How much debt do you owe on items such as your credit cards or for car payments?
🟠Get Pre Approved for your Mortgage:
▪️A mortgage pre approval lets the buyer know what their
purchasing power is. Therefore, giving the buyer a clear understanding as to what their home budget could be.
🟠Set your budget:
▪️Know your budget and stick to it.
▪️A home budget includes more than just the price of the home.
Remember to factor in associated costs such as closing costs, Inspections, insurance(s) and moving fees.
🟠Research your market:
▪️Explore different areas, neighborhoods and local amenities.
▪️Get to know the locations that feel like home for you.
