A native of Southern California, Paul grew up in the Crenshaw District and South Bay area of Los Angeles. A graduate of Loyola High School, close to downtown Los Angeles, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cal State University, Long Beach with a major in Geography and Marketing. Prior to beginning his real estate career in 1985, Paul was a paralegal for seven years at a large law firm in
downtown Los Angeles. The experience he acquired working with contracts and government agencies has been invaluable in Paul’s real estate career. His exceptional follow through, and involvement in the escrow and financing process, ensure a seamless, pleasurable experience for all parties involved. Since 1985, Paul has assisted buyers and sellers of all property types – from modest condominiums to luxurious estates.
