At RHB properties, it is our wish to create as many opportunities as possible for the Realtors that work under our umbrella. This will be accomplished by applying basic real estate fundamentals along with a new approach to selling homes through a new model that includes a retail auction listing at a huge discount for the Realtors'(R) sellers. This program will still offer the listing side full commission and the brokerage the chance to represent both sides of the deal. The platform itself is not new however the placement in the retail sector is. This type of listing will only be offered through my brokerage and no other Boutique and/or franchise has it. RHB has partnered up with a national auction company on an exclusive level to handle the auctions services. This was the key to RHB’s new model and is now secured. Thus now our mission is set and we are looking for good Realtors(R) to be a part of our team.
