The Olmsted Falls housing market continues to show steady, balanced conditions this spring. Median home prices are holding in the mid $230,000s to mid $250,000s, while overall home values remain closer to the $300,000 range. This reflects a market that is stabilizing after prior fluctuations, with consistent long-term value for homeowners.

Homes are still moving at a reasonable pace, with most selling in roughly 20 to 30 days.
