Mandy has been with our company for 10 years, beginning as a Room Attendant at our Hilton Garden Inn Auburn, NY property. Through hard work and dedication, she climbed the ladder, holding various roles and finally achieving the position of General Manager. Under her leadership, the property flourished, earning numerous brand awards, a testament to her commitment to excellence in hospitality and guest service. In her new position, she will collaborate closely with property leadership teams and aim to enhance operational efficiencies, elevate guest service experiences, and foster employee retention. Mandy is an Auburn, NY native and an avid outdoor enthusiast. She's usually enjoying the outdoors, indulging in live entertainment, or spending time with her fiancé, Jason, and their two cats.
