> Get pre-approved through a lender to know your financials if you require financial assistance.
> Then let’s go out and look at homes meeting the criteria that YOU desire.
> Once you find a home of your liking, we make an offer to the seller.
> If the seller accept’s your offer, great! This begins “Part 2” of the path to home ownership and I am able to navigate you through it with minimal turbulence and a smooth landing ✈️.
