This project has truly covered everything from the ground up. What started with our landscape crew transforming the area around the home quickly grew into a full backyard restoration. From there, our hardscape crew stepped in and removed not just one, but three separate slabs to make way for the new patio. Once everything was opened up, we uncovered bigger issues that needed immediate attention, water intrusion on that side of the home and a sinking sunroom foundation.
To make sure this space was not only beautiful but built the right way, we waterproofed the backside of the house and rebuilt the sunroom foundation, giving the homeowners peace of mind that their basement will stay dry and their sunroom is safe and secure for years to come.
After tackling the structural issues, we were finally able to bring the vision to life with this patio, and the finished result speaks for itself. The retaining wall around the patio adds so much character and definition, and once the plantings are installed, the entire space is going to stand out even more.
This has been an amazing journey transforming the back of this home and giving it an entirely new look, one that not only looks incredible, but also solves major issues and gives the homeowners confidence, comfort, and reassurance every time they step outside.
