Excellent way to finish the week, closing the sale of my stunning listing in Avon Lake.
Over asking, multiple offers, and we had a smooth deal with an early closing. Today I was reminded of a very special moment, a dear friend/client became a citizen, and brought all these memories back to me of the day I became a citizen. You go through a long strenuous process, and feel like you need to prove yourself and make yourself worthy of this privilege to become a citizen. Until you finally do… we all come here for different reasons, with different colors and backgrounds, to make life and to call home away from home.
