Come join us at Ashtabula Empty Bowls tonight from 5-7:30 at the Ashtabula Arts Center. Proceeds go to Feed Our Vets, servicing over 300 families in our area.

Tickets are $25
Pick a hand made bowl (all done by local artists)
Fill your bowl up twice with soups from some of your favorite restaurants in town
And then take your new favorite bowl home with you!!

Creme brûlée and beverage will also be served and we will wash your bowl for you so it’s clean to take home!

Took a little break from the socials for the season of love but we’re back! Here’s your Market Update for Ashtabula County.

This one’s a little different, offering you a little more insight into the market.

This week we have seen 9 NEW Listings come to market
We have a total of 127 TOTAL Listings active on the market
Keeping it steady with 10 homes reaching SOLD this week
And though the median list price is $189,000 the median price homes closed for was only $116,000.
