Best part of my job: Helping awesome clients.
Worst part of my job: Awesome clients become friends, then move away. 🥺💕
Congratulations Kathy on the sale of your gorgeous home, and we wish you nothing but joy in your next chapter! It has been wonderful to get to know you, and an honor to be a part of your time in Cleveland! 💛✨

Most requested, mentioned, and due for a discussion. Whether you're a roundabout enthusiast or a hater, these road donuts are multiplying faster than rabbits in Lucas County. When you approach one, don't go all Han Solo on it, shouting, 'Punch it, Chewie!' The key is to approach calmly and be ready to yield. Remember, when yielding, focus on the left side, not the person across from you or the one on your right. And for the love of Yoda, yield to pedestrians.

#1 Is yielding correctly and glad they yielded to the police. #1 has traffic warrants. #1 doesn’t see the other cop car behind him. This could get interesting.

#2 Sees #3 Just sitting there (nothing to yield to) and proceeds safely while chuckling to him/herself that #4 might be annoyed.

#3 Is yielding for no reason because they are incorrectly yielding to all cars in the roundabout. Yielding, not courtesy, is what makes you win. Looking directly left ensuring it is safe to proceed.

Car #4 absolutely despises car #3 and is probably honking and yelling. They will post about this situation on a community page.

#5 Is yielding correctly to #2, because he/she knows that #3 will still be sitting there. Poor #4

#6 County engineers are marveling at their circular traffic donuts & are planning the next one in Lucas County.

Congratulations on your new home Lisa Wingert Allen!!
This process was proof that when one door closes, a better one opens! After a lost deal and multiple offers on this needle-in-a-haystack we were looking for all along, it was the best feeling to hand you the keys this week! THIS is why I do this for a living! Thank you for trusting me to handle this transition for you. ❤️ Happy housewarming!! 🍂🥂💕

Shoutout to Cleveland Home Title for another great transaction!
