Advance pool fob requests for 2024 season should be submitted to Garry, Building Maintenance . $25 charge. If you have a current pool fob you will not need a new once.
Any new fobs will not be issued till near the holiday when the pool opens due to programming of the fobs.

Looking for a missing delivery. Resident at 7580 is looking for a packaged delivered to another address by mistake. Please check any packages lying in your hallway that may have gone to the wrong address.
Your association is working with Amazon on a program for secure deliveries. Buildings 1-5 have this in place.

Now is the time to make sure you clean out the filters in your A/C units . Cleaning the filters makes the unit run more efficiently during these periods of extreme hot weather.

Our gutter replacement program has been continuing weather permitting. We hope to get a few more buildings done before the coldest part of winter sets in. Please watch for notices regarding parking if your building is scheduled. I believe buildings on the west road may be next in line.

I just had my condo completely painted. It included all the ceilings and walls (the 2 bedrooms not included).
Elvis” Painting Services ([email protected]) is who did the work. I would recommend this painting services to my family. Elvis work is detailed, wide-ranging and he is honorable

Our next project is the installation of new gutters and trim on all buildings. Our contractor is backlogged but we hope to get this done thru the fall months but before winter.
