🚽 Plumbing Do's & Don'ts for Apartment Living 🔧
Small habits = fewer clogs, leaks, and maintenance calls!
✅ DO treat your toilet like a toilet (TP + waste only — even "flushable" wipes aren't)
✅ DO keep grease & food scraps out of the kitchen sink
✅ DO use a shower drain strainer to catch hair
✅ DO report leaks and running toilets ASAP
✅ DO watch for warning signs: slow drains, weird odors/sounds, low water pressure

❌ DON'T flush anything just because it fits
❌ DON'T ignore a slow drain — it's an early warning
❌ DON'T hang stuff from pipes under the sink
❌ DON'T DIY major plumbing repairs — leave it to the pros
💡 A little everyday care keeps your pipes flowing and your maintenance requests to a minimum. Take care of your apartment, and it'll take care of you! 🏡💧
