Please join us for our annual backpack drive.

When? - 8/19/2026

Where? - The office parking lot

Time? - 1pm to 4pm (or untill we run out)

We will have backpacks and school supplies to give away for all ages.

We will also have pizza and drinks available.

We have around 250 backpacks to give away. Backpacks, food, and drinks will be given away untill we run out.

We are happy to announce our annual welcome to summer pool party. Come hang out with us on Monday the 15th. Gate will open at 1pm.
We will have music, food, and games/toys for the kids. We hope to see everyone there!

The office will be open Monday for pool gate codes. We had to push back a few days for the inspection. We hope to have the pool open next week!

We are working very hard to get the pool open and were almost ready.

We sent out a mailer on Friday that you should be receiving anyday. In the mailer is the pool rules and regulations as well as occupancy information.

Please fill out this form and come see us at the office for your new pool gate codes starting Monday. On Monday the office will be open full time. We will ask to see your ID and issue you a gate code to use for the pool.

We are also planning another pool party to start the summer. Stay tuned, more information will be posted very soon!

We recieved this message from priority waste today. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We were unable to complete service this week due to the increased volume generated during the holiday week. As a result, we were unable to finish all scheduled routes.



To restore our service schedule, we have been directed to resume collection on your next regularly scheduled service day. We understand the significant inconvenience this may cause residents within the community and sincerely apologize for the disruption.



On your next service day, our team will collect all properly prepared material placed out for service to account for the missed pickup. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get operations back on schedule.
