Happy closing day to my amazing client, Marceda, on the purchase of her new home in Brownstown! 🎉

Working with her was such a joy that I was almost disappointed when her offer got accepted and we wouldn’t be seeing houses together anymore. 💛 Marceda is one of the sweetest, kindest people you’ll ever meet. Every time I saw her, I just wanted to give her a hug. Honestly, helping her felt like helping my own grandma find a home.

She would even spoil me by bringing homemade baked goods during showings (She makes a BOMB lemon cake 🍋🍰🔥).

Happy Closing Day to my client Karen🥳🎉🎉

I Originally met Karen back in 2019. I met her because she was having trouble getting her home sold with her previous agent so I reached out after I saw her Garden City home didn’t sell. I introduced myself and after seeing her house and hearing what her goals were, I knew I could get her home sold. She just needed a different marketing plan. I knew I was the person that can make that happen. We ended up not only getting her home sold in a week but getting her $10,000 over asking price. 😲

So when she was thinking of selling her Westland rental property. It was a no-brainer for her on who she needed to reach out to. 😉🙌

Because the house had been rented for so long, it needed some minor repairs and upkeep. I sat down with Karen and went over my marketing plan. I also let her know about my team of Handyman, landscapers, and other skilled workers. 🛠️

I reassured her not only would we get her the exact amount she’s looking for her home, but we would also coordinate all the repairs and make the entire process as stress free and easy as we possible for her. 🏠

Just as promised we were able to negotiate her an offer for exactly what she is looking for after being in the market for only a week.💪

I asked Karen what she’s going to do with the money from the sale of her investment property. She said she’s finally getting to start relaxing and enjoying her retirement but first she’s going to make some upgrades on her current home.
