Before making the change to a real estate professional/Realtor, I was a laborer. I was a full time commercial and residential paint contractor. I know the meaning of hard work and have the same work ethic of owning my own business into the real estate world. The people that trust me will be rewarded!
You can ask my most recent buyer. She came to me after selling her house with a friend (a mutual friend referred her from the beginning). The buyer’s friend hadn’t been in the business long and ended up costing her money. But the biggest thing is she wasted time. My come to be buyer had 2 weeks to find a new house, get under contract and not be homeless. We prepared her with information and expectations on the fly, found and got her under contract on not 1 but 2 houses. The first house’s inspection failed and so we jumped to a different house. In the middle of that I referred her to a lender that dropped her interest rate from 7.1% to 5.87%!
We closed last week on a great house for her with 2 days to spare before she would have had to move twice.

I treat every client as a family member that I want the best for along with having a mindset that every client and transaction is a resume builder that I need to prove my worth with. I want my clients to know and to think at the end of the transaction that they would 100% trust me again. That’s what I work for… and with that I hope referrals and repeat business will come back to me.

Had a closing Thursday with this guy! First time buyer but not the typical one. He was on top of things, asked questions and for explanations of lots of things on both the lender’s side and my side of the process. It was refreshing and I loved it.
We had to get denied one offer from an unethical agent but it lead us to a superior condo that fit him better and saved him money!
I am pumped for you Jackson! Enjoy your new space and expanded freedom!
