CIVIL SITE DESIGNER
BPR is currently seeking to hire a Civil Site Designer to join our growing and dynamic Civil Engineering team in Westminster, MD. Responsibilities of this position would include working through the documentation of the land development process to assist in successfully executing projects.
Applicants Must Possess the Minimum Following Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience producing land development plans for commercial, residential, industrial and institutional projects
• Proficient knowledge of stormwater management plans/regulations, E&S plans, etc.
• Proficiency working with Civil 3D
• Experience working with regulatory agencies and handling permitting requirements
• Firm understanding of the land development process
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferred but not required.

LAND SURVEYING FIELD CREW
BPR is currently seeking to hire Land Surveying Field Crew Staff including a Party Chief and Instrument Operator to join our growing and dynamic Land Surveying team in Westminster, MD. Responsibilities of this position would include competency setting up survey control and performing construction stakeout and as-builts in residential and commercial construction site. Also, to include performing boundary and topographic surveys.
Applicants Must Possess the Minimum Following Requirements:
• Candidate should be able to operate Robotic Total Stations, Data Collectors, Digital Levels and GPS units. Experience with Topcon field equipment, Carlson SurveCE, and AutoCAD office software a plus.
• Calibrate and care for: tribrachs, prism rods, total stations and all field equipment
• Competent in Coordinate Geometry and Excel Spreadsheets.
• OSHA, MSHA certifications are a plus, but not required to be considered.
• Able to solve problems, be organized, accountable
• Able to work independently
• Minimum of 1 year experience working on a survey field crew
• Two- or four-year surveying degree is preferred; CST or LSIT certification plus.
