Taryn Reuter and Eric Lovins have been named 2025 Mortgage Leaders of the Year by the Minnesota Mortgage Association (MMA), and we couldn’t be more proud.

What started as a six-person team has grown into a nationwide organization of more than 600, all focused on making banking feel more human, more transparent, and more supportive for the people we serve.

This recognition reflects the leadership, heart, and momentum behind that growth.

The wonderful company I work for sponsors a non-profit charity each month. We like to donate our time every other month and we donate $50 of every transaction on the opposite months.

We always choose a local charity that has been brought to us by one of our clients, friends, or family members. This month, we are helping Shannon’s Hope. Shannon’s Hope is a residence providing a safe community for women who are in troubled times. A place to call home while they rebuild their lives and gives them hope for the future.

Services they provide:
• Housing and support through residential home
• Referrals to community resources or to adoption agencies
• Guidance to initiate a “life plan”
• Foster a spirit of independence
