Junk was piled to the ceiling in every room, including the basement!

Homeowners Looking to Sell:

The Spring market is once again going to be really early. As a matter of fact, it has already started.

There will continue to be a lack of inventory, which will help any house in decent condition sell quickly for top dollar, but be careful what you choose to fix up.

Typically, you don't want to make repairs unless you are going to get a return on that investment. Meaning If you spend $10, you should expect to get $20 out of that repair in market dollars. If not, you shouldn't do it.

In this market, with the right strategies, in many cases you can get a return on pennies as opposed to dollars, as long as you know what you're doing.
