Christie has worked for large tech companies like Ball Aerospace, Hewlett Packard (HP)/Agilent/Keysight. Houses are not launching into outer space, but she could get them there if they did. Her technical experience elevates the buying and/or selling experience to a higher professional level for her clients. Christie is a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), a Certified Staging Expert, a DMAR Real Estate Board member, and a Registered REALTOR. It is critical to have an expert negotiator in your real estate court. The ability to negotiate prices, inspection items, objections, and contract terms on your behalf will give you an advantage over the other side of the transaction. With 25 years in property management, she has a keen eye for issues in new and old homes, giving her clients an advantage in the market. Christie volunteers and supports the community.
