Still on the before pictures of our Brickyard condo in Athol. We're vowing to get it on the market April 1st (no fooling 😀). I think the weather will start to warm up soon too ?

Just purchased this condo the other day. Brickyard Heights in Athol. Probably let it go this spring. Keep it in mind if you know anyone interested. 1,160 sf, 2 BR, 1.5 bath, full basement and a garage.
