We all remember that day. 🇺🇸

As three fighter jets circle over the Metro Airport today, I’m reminded of that same feeling on 9/11—and throughout that week—when military aircraft were constantly in the skies. There was an eerie feeling of protection, but also a reminder of how much our world had changed.

Today, I’m especially thankful for the brave first responders who ran toward the danger that day, and for the countless people who sacrificed so much to help others.

We will never forget. Bless our country, those we lost, and all who continue to serve and protect. 🇺🇸❤️

The market continues to stay steady! Here’s what happened in August:

• 📈 Median home price: $595,000 (no change from last year)
• 🏠 3,118 homes sold—down 13% from last year
• ⏱️ Homes averaged 29 days on the market
• 📝 New listings increased 4%, while buyers are still actively making offers
• ⚖️ Overall, we’re seeing a balanced market with stable home values and healthy buyer activity.

Buyers are moving more slowly, and sellers are adjusting to longer timelines and concession allowances.
