In partnership with our friends at Homes for Heroes, we are excited to announce the launch of "A Heroes Podcast"!

Each month, our Co-Founder and CEO Chad Cartledge along with a member of Homes for Heroes will interview a past R4H Injured First Responder Grant Recipient, a Surviving Family Member, or another individual who has been impacted directly by the work and mission of Running 4 Heroes!

The Podcast will live stream the 4th Wednesday of every month at 2PM ET! The streams will be accessible on both our Running 4 Heroes Facebook and YouTube Channel.

This month, we are excited to talk to Officer Samantha Hodgson of the Bryant Police Department in Arkansas. In December of 2019, Officer Hodgson was shot in the Line of Duty while responding to the call of a suicidal subject at a local residence. The injury she sustained included over 100 pieces of shrapnel and pellets to her face from the shotgun blast. Officer Hodgson was our June 2020 Injured First Responder Grant Recipient and has since returned to duty.

We are honored to talk to her about how things were for her in the days after the incident, and the impact that was made on her life when she was introduced to Running 4 Heroes.
