Personal Background
My background is quite well rounded. I am a graduate with a BA in Sales & Marketing Management from Bellevue University-Professional Studies Program in Bellevue Nebraska. Raised in the lovely city of Omaha, NE where a good midwestern work ethic and strong family values prevail. As an executive with the public company InfoUSA, a business to business sales information product company, I launched many new product business units and managed the process of building and developing the products, hiring and managing sales & customer service staffs, developing business plans & budgets, ex*****on of such, developing all training and policies, as well as bottom line responsibilities for each unit to the tune of millions of dollars. Yes, grueling but rewarding. After moving to Colorado, I went strickly into National Account sales for a number of companies which included constant travel amoung the 51 states. Those companies included Leanin' Tree Greeting Cards, SunsOut Inc, and EA Sween. That experience put me in touch with the retail side of business to business sales and with my background allow me much success. I however am now within the relm of my passion! And that is helping people through a very emotional and personal experience, buying and or selling their home. Many realtors will give you all kinds of statistics to show you how much they know about the neighborhood or your house, however statistics won't sell a house, but Marketing does. Marketing is my background and I have partnered with a great company Coldwell Banker who gets it.
