The waitlist for Tierra Azul Apartments will open October 1, 2026.
Tierra Azul will offer affordable rental homes for households earning between 30% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom floor plans available.

The first 8 homes are anticipated to be available in January 2027.
