Here's the lineup for our Homeownership Celebration this Saturday, June 13th at 10th and Stallo in Monte Vista! A CRHDC home tour will be available all day! Ms. Kais Academy of Performing Arts takes the stage from 11 AM to noon, Spirit Squad performs at 1 PM and local singer Courtney Espinoza closes out the day from 1:30 to 2. Plus The Fox 96.5 will be there broadcasting live all morning! Grab food from the Stakd Foodtruck or Tacos Martinez, get rolled ice cream or a sno cone, strike a pose at the photo booth from Mya’S Events LLC and let the kids loose on inflatables from Angelica's Dreamcicles. 10 AM to 2 PM, bring the whole family!

In fiscal year 2025, NeighborWorks America and its network helped create 17,600 new homeowners, provided 216,800 rental homes and counseled over 102,900 people on housing and financial capability. CRHDC is proud to be part of that impact right here in Colorado. When we invest in housing, we invest in people.

While NeighborWorks Weeks officially wraps up today, we’re not done celebrating just yet.

We’re excited to bring the community together this Saturday, June 13th from 10 to 2 in Monte Vista for our Homeownership Celebration, and you won’t want to miss it.

Join us for a day of food, connection, and community, including free burgers, tacos, and hot dogs, rolled ice cream, and live local performances. Guests will also have the opportunity to tour a CRHDC home and learn more about our work in action.

Our housing counselor Ramona will be on site with intake forms for the next round of Mutual Self-Help Housing in Monte Vista, a great chance to meet your future neighbors and take the next step toward homeownership.

One of the most powerful ways we help families build homes is through the Mutual Self-Help Housing Program in partnership with the USDA. Families put in the sweat equity, build alongside their neighbors, and earn the keys to a home they helped create. That is what "Creating Homes, Building America" looks like up close.
