Nothing that a little coffee with friends, country road, bubble bath or “Congratulations! you’re buying a house!” can’t fix 🫶🏼

This morning, after another night of no sleep from the two-nado 👶🏼 & to-do list a mile long waiting for me, I was able to tell my buyers they got the home they loved!

They are purchasing below list price and still able to do inspections & an appraisal. In a competitive market these are huge wins 🙌🏼

So, it’s safe to say my morning was made ☺️

Today I’m grateful for the simple things—time with family, backyard barbecues, kids running through the grass, conversations with neighbors, and the freedom to call this wonderful community home.
