It’s been a rough road for everyone and mostly for Brad. He put up a good fight for 87 days with improvements followed by setbacks only to be follow by improvements the next day. The man survived his tractor-trailer getting struck by a train many years ago so that was proof that he was tough at leather. But early last Friday morning the surgeon called with another set back and the treatment would have gone against Brads wishes. We decided that enough was enough, chose to make him comfortable and let him follow Gods plan. He passed Friday evening with family at his side praying, telling stories of his shenanigans and playing his favorite music. I greatly appreciate all the support from family, friends and coworkers while a significant amount of my attention was focused elsewhere.
