A couple I talked to almost didn’t buy.

They kept saying, “We’re just going to wait for rates to drop.”

So we ran the numbers.

At today’s rate, their payment worked.
If rates drop later, great, refinance.
But if prices climb while waiting, that savings disappears fast.

You can refinance a rate.
You can’t refinance the price.

Not saying rush. Just saying strategy > headlines.
