Hi neighbors! 👋 I'm Cindi Brewer, a Broker Associate with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Fruit & W**e, and I'm so glad you're here.
I fell in love with Palisade and the Grand Valley, and I can't imagine a better place to live. Between the vineyards, peach orchards, lavender fields, Colorado River trails, and those sunsets over Mount Garfield, there's something special around every corner.
I created this Page to share new listings, open houses, local market updates, and a few of my favorite things about life on the Western Slope. Whether you're buying your first home, selling the one you've loved for years, or just curious what your home might be worth, I'm always happy to talk.
When I'm not showing homes, you'll find me hiking, touring the local wineries, gardening, and spending time with family. I also work seasonally with Sage Creations Lavender Farm, one more reason I love this valley.
