My clients closed on their new home yesterday 🤩 It was a quick move-in with a builder which meant tons of incentives. We had the price lowered and they locked in a 4.85% interest rate! Closing day! When I say this was a long time coming, I mean this was a long time coming. Three months after going under contract, I can’t even remember how many amends to change closing dates, and how many brainstorming sessions to get this done but we did it! Now my client is the proud owner of a house with just under an acre of land in Broomfield at a great price. I could not be happier for him and his family.

The right time to buy is when you are ready whether we are trekking through the snow ❄️ for showings or melting in the hot summer sun ☀️ If you’ve been thinking it may be your time to buy, feel free to reach out so I can answer any questions you may have. Interest rates may be higher than we’ve been used to the last couple of years BUT houses aren’t selling for $100K over list price anymore either. It’s still a great time to buy a house if you’re ready.
