I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Beacon Real Estate Services as I expand my work into commercial real estate. I’ll be working alongside Justin Reyher, CCIM, who brings more than 20 years of residential and commercial real estate experience and is a member of the CCIM Institute.

After nine years in residential real estate and building and operating my own small business, I’m excited to bring that experience into the commercial real estate sector, advising business owners and investors on leasing, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.

I’ve completed the required CCIM coursework and am currently building my transaction portfolio toward the CCIM designation. This designation is one of the most respected credentials in commercial real estate, focused on advanced financial analysis, investment strategy, and market expertise. The process ensures that CCIM professionals are proficient not only in theory but also in real-world transactions. The CCIM community includes brokers, leasing professionals, asset managers, developers, lenders, attorneys, and other leaders across the commercial real estate industry.

There are only about 200 CCIM designees in Colorado among more than 43,000 licensed brokers, making it a highly selective and respected designation in the industry.

I’ll be working with business owners and investors who are looking to lease space, acquire commercial property, or explore investment opportunities.

I’m excited for this next chapter and look forward to connecting with many of you along the way.
