I just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for coming out to our Christmas party last night! As usual, it was a great success.

HOWEVER, the main reason for this post is to thank those who stayed late to help us clean up. It was not necessary but very much appreciated! The extra hands helped us greatly!

As we all celebrate this Holiday Season, we would be remised not to highlight the great things happening over here at CGE. Not all realtors are busy this time of year, but our professionals that everyone has grown to love and trust, have been nonstop. Here are some highlights:

- Corey - Corey has been spending time with his investor clients, seeking out income generating properties, raw land builds, and reconnecting with folks he helped in years prior

- Chris Carhart - Growing Carhartville. Mr. "Homesales" is as busy as he has ever been. Roughly $2 Million "Closed" and $2 Million "Under Contract" for November and December.

- Nathaniel - Getting buyer's into highly competitive homes, fresh deal under contract in Lutherville-Timonium. Furthermore, Nathaniel has been helping our renter clients get in leases and uphold our commitments to our investors.

Honorable Mention - Brayden Campbell - Well into his internship of Real Estate and Property Management and learning from the pros.

As far as yours truly......Justin Bishop - Besides a heavy dose of 90's punk rock and coffee (1 cream, 1 sugar), I continue to provide support for these guys to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Vibes are high!
