HIRING: Part-Time Radon Installation Specialist (No Experience Required)
Durant Home Inspections LLC (and our radon division, Durant Radon) is growing — and we’re looking for a dependable, motivated person to join the team as a Radon Installation Specialist.

This is a great fit for someone who wants solid pay, hands-on work, and a schedule that can flex around life.

Schedule (Part-Time + Flexible)
Part-time: 2–3 days per week
Very flexible — you can choose which days you want to work and build your own schedule

What you’ll do
Install radon mitigation systems in residential homes
Work independently inside customers’ houses (you’ll be trusted to handle jobs solo)
Explain the system and process clearly to homeowners
Represent Durant Radon professionally on every job site

What we’re looking for
No experience required (we’ll train the right person)
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work alone
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable talking with customers and answering questions
Contracting/trades experience preferred (but not required)

Pay
$25–$45/hour, depending on experience
