Just Listed / Just Under Contract 🤩

Wondering what the rental market is like?

This property was purchased by one of my investor and then fully painted and remodeled by the amazing .design_construction . I then listed this home and within 24 hours I had lots of showing requests which led me to host a mini open house (on a rental) and has 13 families show up!!! By the third date we had 6 offers on the table and I can now say that we have officially gone under contract 🥳

MARKET UPDATE ALERT 🚨

Lets take a look at the stats for Single Families, Townhomes & Condos in Broward County for March of 2023. These stats are compared to the previous 3 months' average. (Dec-Feb)

Here we can see that compared with February's Mark Update the Average Sales Price has gone up by 4% and the properties for sale have came down from 4,123 to 3,609. Last month we saw at least 630 properties that sold and we are now looking at 1,197 sold in March.

What does this mean? That we are still in a market with a low inventory compared to the amount of demand we have. So make sure you are guided through this journey by an expert Realtor like myself.
