The lighting in your home is a key factor that buyers look for. When you walk into the house, is it bright and cheery? Or do your drapes and light fixtures keep your house dark and gloomy? If you have drapes that do not allow light in, take them down! Make sure your windows are nice and shiny, that your lampshades allow the light to brighten the room, and that you increase the wattage of light bulbs.
