Teresa has lived in many places throughout the US including many years living in Puerto Rico. She studied at Christopher Newport University and graduated with honors. She moved to Weston, FL in 2002. In 2003 she acquired her real estate license and has since thrived in the business regardless of economical restraints. Teresa’s extensive market knowledge derives from her diverse influential business background in the banking industry where she worked as a Business Development Manager for a Royal Bank of Canada and Business Loan Officer for Import/Export Bank.

Currently, Teresa is the founder of The Santana Group. She is now a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate, partnered with one of the most modern and innovative brokers in South Florida, Compass Realty. As a Broker Associate and Team Leader, she is ranked among the top Five Realtors in the City of Weston 2016-2019 and Top Half of 1% of Broward County.
